Reduced Tuition Rates for Employees and Family Members

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has entered into several agreements providing federal employees and their families with reduced tuition rates at a number of academic institutions. Visit the university websites for details.

 University of Maryland University College (UMUC) - Provides a 25 percent discount on out-of-state tuition rates on courses, certificates, and degree programs, many of which are available online.

 Central Michigan University (CMU) Global Campus Division - Provides a 15 percent discount on all Global Campus Division educational programs with access to online programs and classes at its satellite locations.

Champlain College - Provides up to a 70 percent discount for online certificate, undergraduate, and graduate degree programs.

 Penn State World Campus - Provides a five percent discount with no program exclusions or out-of-state rates. Many programs are closely aligned with the government-wide focus on Mission-Critical Occupations (MCO) in Cybersecurity, Acquisition, Human Resources, Auditing, Economics, and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

Excelsior College - Provide a 20 percent discount on all undergraduate programs and a 15 percent discount on all graduate programs.
