Is it time to leave the nest?
Advice for Parents who have Adult Children Living at Home

10:00—11:00 A.M. ET 


During this one hour seminar, we will discuss current trends and behaviors associated with adult children living with their parents. Participants will learn tools to optimize communication and maintain healthy boundaries for a successful transition to independence. A workbook will accompany the webinar.

  Participants will need a computer with a high-speed internet connection and computer
      speakers. The chat function will allow participants to post questions or comments during       the presentation.

To participate in the webinar, go to Department of State Webinar. Enter as a guest and type your first name and your current or future post. 

Our partners from the Bureau of Medical Services Deployment Stress Management Program (DSMP) will facilitate the webinar and be available for a question and answer session.

Since we will refer to it throughout the session, please request a digital copy of the workbook in advance. Email FLOAskUT@state.gov to request a copy.
